The Boston TeePee Party will deliver set up and decorate our equipment at the agreed location on the date you have booked and dismantle and remove the same or following day unless agreed otherwise.

The Boston TeePee Party will accommodate the Client as much as possible to ensure set up and take down is at your preferred time which will be agreed before your booking date.

The Boston TeePee Party accepts no responsibility or liability for delays due to road accidents or severe traffic during travel.

Out of area bookings can be arranged with an additional travel fee which will be arranged upon booking.

The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for The Boston TeePee Party’s equipment to be set up.

The space required is approximately 6’x3.5’ per teepee/slumber tent, 20’x20’ per Boho Tent/Igloo, 10'x15' per Bubble/Bounce House and 15’x6’ per seated children's party of 12.

We will still require full payment if there is not adequate space to fit the reserved equipment at the time of setup.

Boho Tents should be placed on a leveled surface and must be secured with stakes in the ground. The use of sand bags is available at an additional fee. Prolonged use of Boho Tents may cause damage to lawn surface.

Access to an electrical outlet will be required.

Client must make sure that water/sprinkler systems are turned off in the areas where the Boston TeePee Party’s equipment will be placed for outdoor events. Water damaged caused by water/sprinkler systems will be assessed a fee of at least 30% of the total booking amount as a water damage fee for non-electronic items or a reasonable fee to replace electronic items that are severely damaged by water.

The Boston TeePee Party accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or theft to any property or injury that may occur duration of the hire period.

The Boston TeePee Party’s equipment is not to be climbed or leaned on, moved from the setup location or used for any other purpose than the agreed rental purpose.

All persons using The Boston TeePee Party’s equipment do so at their own risk.

The Client is responsible for any damage or injury caused during the hire of The Boston TeePee Party.

Any equipment which may be damaged or lost will incur a damage fee for which the persons who made the booking will be responsible for.

Smoking and pets are not permitted in the proximity of The Boston TeePee Party’s equipment.

The Boston TeePee Party holds no responsibility for any person attending the party/event including allergies to materials. The welfare of anyone attending the parties will remain with the Client.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure supervision at all times. While there is little risk with our equipment, there are sometimes small pieces of decorations that may pose a choking hazard for small children.

This information is given for the safety of all people attending a party by the Client and is the sole responsibility of the persons who made the booking to ensure they are understood and adhered to by all party guests invited.

It is the responsibility of the Client to inform guests accordingly of the terms and conditions.

In the event that you have to reschedule your event due to acts of God and Nature, we will offer you the next available date of service.

In the event that you have to cancel your event, the following refund schedule will apply with the percentage being returned to client; If cancelled before 30 days- 100% refund, 29-15 days-50% refund, 14-7 days-25% refund and 6-0 days-0% no refund.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time in the event of extreme events and acts of God and Nature and we are unable to get to you.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we would always offer you an alternative date or a refund.

24-hour Provisional bookings will be held until the agreed date if the deposit is received. If your deposit is not paid your date will not be secured and will be made available again.

We regret we are unable to take bookings from anyone under the age of 18.
